I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The ambience was lovely and the food was really good, but unfortunately, my room had issues with humidity and an unpleasant smell. Although the staff were accommodating, I felt it was disappointing that they weren't able to resolve our room situation more effectively. Overall, while the hotel has nice features, it fell short due to the room conditions, especially after it had rained.
